CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🤍 I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed! To respect my time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, please review my cancellation policy before scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total before another appointment can be booked. No-Shows No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and will be required to pay in full before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client's appointment.
